The challenge
A global pharmaceutical organization was rolling out Veeva QualityDocs and QMS across deployment and migration waves. The work required coordination across deployment leads, business stakeholders and site readiness teams.
JSR’s role
JSR provided lead global deployment and business migration leadership. During Q3 2026, this work included coordinating deployment strategy, readiness and go-live activities; setting priorities and leadership tasks for global deployment leads; and facilitating business stakeholder alignment and document migration readiness.
The contribution
The engagement provided coordinated oversight across active deployment and migration waves, with consistent attention to site and function readiness and escalations. A new change management practitioner was onboarded through a transition plan and knowledge transfer, connecting that support with deployment and site readiness teams.
