Denise is a dedicated sales professional whose success comes from listening closely to a client’s needs in order to develop a keen understanding of their requirements. She has decades of experience in helping match top-tier consulting talent with high-value business opportunities, particularly in Fortune 500 financial services firms. Denise is a goal-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a solid history of producing results. Denise is committed to helping her clients solve their most challenging resource needs and, in turn, achieving success in business-critical initiatives. She enjoys cooking, hiking, fitness and gardening, as well as spending time with her granddaughter.

Brandon is an experienced translational medicine specialist who has provided consulting and advisory services to the life sciences industry for more than 15 years. During that time, he has delivered profitable, tailored solutions spanning the entire Healthcare and Life Science value chain, including R&D, Medical and Commercial. His early training as a cardiorespiratory physiologist gives him insight into his customers’ challenges, through a convergent methodology informed by biomedical science, biotechnology, clinical necessity, commercial viability, and patient-centricity. Brandon loves dogs, and in his free time coaches minor hockey. He also volunteers at the local food bank and at Habitat for Humanity.

Eric is a successful Account Executive with over nine years of work helping connect clients with top-tier consultants in business, IT, and, most notably, in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. He works closely with his clients by building strong relationships and understanding their business’ needs. This deeper understanding lets him find the right talent to meet client expectations, minimizing time and effort on the clients’ side. His strengths lie in his attention to detail, passion for the business, and dedication to proactive support. Before coming to JSR, Eric was a Strategic Account Executive at Luxoft. He enjoys golf, and spending his free time with his wife, son and the family dog.

Kelly has worked in strategic talent placement since 2019, connecting Business and IT professionals in the Life Sciences and Financial Services industries. Leveraging her strong communication and presentation skills, she builds trusted relationships both internally and externally. In her previous life, Kelly was a professional dancer with the NJ Ballet Company as well as a Sales Trainer for a national franchise. In that role, she supported over 40 NJ locations in sales, operations and leadership development training. She is also a Certified FranklinCovey Facilitator. Kelly enjoys the beach, a good book, Peloton workouts and spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Lesley is an Information Technology resourcing professional with over 15 years’ experience in providing strategic, account management, resource management and HR services to Fortune 1000 companies. She has a proven ability to foster internal and external relationships with clients, vendors and staff, delivering successful solutions that can meet current and projected business requirements. She also supports JSR’s internal human resources needs and ensures a positive and productive work environment. Lesley lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children. She enjoys working out, taking family vacations and being creative with her cooking.

John has over 25 years’ experience in recruiting and account management. He began his career in software development, with engagements at JPMorgan Chase, AT&T and Johnson & Johnson, and has led recruiting teams for many Fortune 100 customers. Before joining JSR, John held management roles at several leading IT firms, including 13 years at DIVERSANT and 4 years at Luxoft. He’s a graduate of City University of New York and has pursued many technical and business post-grad programs. John enjoys biking, fitness, fine dining and travel. He lives in New York City with his wife, and likes to spend his free time with his three children and granddaughter.

Jodi is a career accounting professional with over 35 years’ experience in several different industries and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Queen’s College, New York. She takes a hands-on approach to finance, and since joining the JSR Tech Consulting team in March of 2019, has overseen all aspects of the company’s finances, with a focus on the bottom line. She plays an important role in charting the company’s long-term strategy, as well as in its day-to-day operations. Before coming to JSR, Jodi spent several years with Luxoft, formerly INSYS Group. In her personal life, Jodi enjoys the beach and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is an active member of Blind Advocacy and the National Federation for the Blind. Elisa also served for five years on the consumer Advisory Board for the New Jersey Commission for the Blind, and enjoys volunteering as an advocate for the parents of visually impaired children. She is active as a Cub Scout leader and involved with the community alliance for the Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Elisa also holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She lives in Manalapan, New Jersey, with her husband and three children.
